The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises, responding correctly to situations, and providing customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Required Skills:
Good listener Focus on customer service Calm under stress Ability to control emotion in potentially volatile situations Mature Personable Talk to people without appearing threatening or intimidating How to approach people as soon as a negative conduct is observed in a non-threatening and professional manner Able to stand for extensive periods of time
Responsibilities:
Age Verification utilizing proper ID procedures Crowd control, monitoring the occupancy counts Handle intoxicated or unruly guests in a professional and safe manner Observe and interact with guests Clearing tables, picking up trash, keeping walkways clear of debris- overall keeping the area safe for our patrons Bar Stool and table removal process for night time transition Clearing the room at venue specific time when bar goes to 21
