techUX/UI Designers are the lead design contributors that enable digital transformation and drive digital adoption and support of Ally's lines of business related to dealer, auto, and insurance.
We are seeking a Principal UX/UI Designer to support our Commercial Services Group to develop and own UX design strategy, research, ideation, and asset creation to streamline the customer journey for commercial credit application intake, approval, and servicing at Ally.
The ideal candidate will be a high-performing creative professional who excels at collaboration, craves simplicity, and digs deep in search of ever-faster, easier, more intuitive ways to conduct business online.
The more inherently complex that business is, the better, as individuals most suited to this role thrive on making the complex understandable and love solving riddles.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
