Job Description:
Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day paid media execution for Little Caesars US domestic initiatives.
Develop & implement strategically integrated marketing campaigns across all channels promoting the brand while driving a positive ROI to build the business.
This will include comprehensive paid digital campaigns, national linear TV investments, and other paid media channels.
As a key member of the marketing team, a proactive approach while never settling for results is pertinent to success.
This position will report to the Director of Paid Media and will be based at Little Caesars Global Resource Center in Detroit, MI.
Key Responsibilities Develop world-class paid media plans designed to drive established business objectives in partnership with Little Caesars national media agency.
Oversee ongoing performance digital, paid social, paid search, & other digital media efforts as well as their continued optimizations.
Leverage Little Caesars advanced data tools & capabilities to drive greater customer acquisition and to maximize lifetime value.
Oversee flawless execution of all approved national & local media plan efforts (traditional & digital).
Regularly measure, report, and communicate results to internal/external stakeholders.
Partner with the Creative team to ensure all necessary assets are produced & trafficked.
Collaborate with internal Brand, Activation, & Consumer Insights to identify strategic paid media opportunities and meet both marketing & business goals.
Manage relationships with all agency stakeholders.
Provide updates and direction based on any campaign or business changes.
Serve as the go-to person for any paid media questions related to creative needs, partnerships, performance, etc.
Contribute to the design of lower-funnel initiatives & programs to help specifically drive delivery and digital ordering conversions.
Work with 3P delivery aggregators to drive incremental business.
Identify and recommend opportunities for brand integration in added value, product placement and event marketing channels.
Ensure brand is presented in an appropriate manner.
Manage local media planning and buying including test market buys, local buy coordination and local buy performance.
Support the execution of ongoing test/learn initiatives focused on creative, audience, and market performance, in collaboration with media agency and in-house teams.
Maintain knowledge of media best practices, trends, and industry developments, and share learnings with cross-functional partners.
Champion and communicate paid media efforts to colleagues and franchisees.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in paid media with knowledge of current best practices for both digital & traditional campaigns.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on a formal basis and leading projects with a collective group.
Previous experience at a reputable media agency or corporate marketing position.
Evidence of ability to motivate and push effectiveness and innovation through strong presentation skills.
Ability to negotiate where needed to ensure value for the brand.
Demonstrate attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for driving performance.
Evidence of ability to analyze, problem-solve and make decisions, including viable alternative options for campaign recommendations & optimizations.
Demonstrates ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of colleagues and public.
Proficient with MS Office along with working experience in ad servers, real-time bidding/buying platforms (social, DSPs, SEM, etc.
), and site/app tag management systems.
Certifications across these platforms is a plus.
Have executed campaigns utilizing multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models.
Experience working with 0P, 1P, 2P, 3P & cookieless data to increase campaign performance.
Used a data onboarder or customer data platform to develop segments, create customer journeys, & activate campaigns.
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and adhere to the Little Caesars travel policy.
