?The? Business Lead?will?assist in commercial marketing activities,?develop competency for sellers and domain experts,?interface with?Lifecyle Services Business Unit,?manage performance, funnel and forecasting, and?provide needed?support between selling teams?and the?Lifecycle Services?Businesses.

Responsibilities:
Business Performance:
Drive growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibilities.
? This includes both the Services and Solutions businesses.
Drive Services business through distribution including partner delivered services portfolio (ASP) business, Core business?and initiatives?like?Connected Services and ARR (annual contracts)?including Customer/Partner Success.
Drive Solutions business?both through distribution as well as direct business through Commission Rep program?and?initiatives like Process?and Information Solutions.
Manage business performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses (Services & Solutions).
Market Models/Sales Plans and Processes:
Develop deep knowledge?of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
Build and utilize knowledge of our industry strategies and develop familiarity with outcome-based selling principles.
Develop and execute annual Business Plan for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services.
Ensure regional selling resources maintain the appropriate competencies across assigned?Lifecycle?Services?offerings.
Plan and execute commercial programs related to?Lifecycle?Services?responsibility.
Influence and operate across a highly matrixed organization including key accountabilities through distributors and through sales teams.
Understand and accept accountability for total sales goals within area of responsibility, and drive growth through indirect influence.
Understand and leverage the value of working in a team-oriented culture and building consensus with stakeholders before making key decisions.
Services?-?Customer Support and Maintenance (CSM):
Asset Management and Reliability (AM&R) Connected Services (Remote Support Services -RSS,?Strategic Maintenance Services -?SMS) Field Labor and Training (FLT)Solutions -?Systems and Solutions Business (SSB)?in territories:
Power & Control (CSB?excluded) Process Information DigitalSupport Services:
Lead launch of new?offerings?to the sales force and channel.
Provide?feedback?to appropriate business unit portfolio teams to improve customer business outcomes delivered by our solutions.
Collaborate and share insights with regional and global peers.
Participate in trade shows, seminars?and?other?marketing activities,?ensuring?appropriate?resources?are able to?support.
Actively pursue personal continuous learning, development of skills and knowledge in job-related technical and professional areas.
Actively participate in calls and meetings via phone or in-person, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree OR 4
years of equivalent experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Ability to travel up to 40% travel to customers within assigned geography will be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
