Java Technical Lead - Detroit, MI - Contract(Remote)Focus Skills:
Java 1.
8 to 17, Angular 8 to 14, Springboot, Microservices, MongoDB(Strong)Technical Certifications on Cloud Technologies, J2EE framework, architecture.
10-15 years of application analysis, application programming and troubleshooting experience with 3
years of Technical Leadership experience.
7 years of architecture and design experience in technologies including Java, Spring, JavaScript, JSON and RESTful services5 years of experience in software architecture and/or product development, Healthcare industry preferred5 years experience with Cloud Technologies & API Platforms, SOA standards - involving AWS, GCP, MuleSoft, BigData / Informatics Cloud Platforms, OKTA, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XSLT etc.
Understand project management processes and standards for waterfall and agile depending on type of the project.
Experience designing and implementing Healthcare applications that are Member & Customer Service Agents facing.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Seven (7) years of application programming and analysis experience required.
Broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards required.
Experience designing, developing and testing applications using proven or emerging technologies.
Project management and experience in leading projects required.
Lead and/or participate in project planning processes.
Develop work plans or reviews other work plan timelines and manage workflows to meet project timeframes.
Contribute to strategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on systems options, risk, costs vs.
benefits and impacts on business processes and goals.
Work with architects to assure all systems is in line with IT long-term strategy.
Work on teams to define all applications within the department.
Gather information such as the cost to build and maintain the application, the business value produced, the quality of the application, and the expected life span.
Identify best sources of data feeds and interfaces with architects to ensure their feasibility with corporate data warehouse, when needed.
Identify technical requirements.
Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements, as needed.
Review and advise on technical design specifications developed by junior levels.
Lead project teams building applications.
Code applications or enterprise wide software systems using a disciplined development process.
Integrate solutions with other applications and platforms outside the framework.
Review integration testing plan strategy.
Support and/or execute all testing efforts across the life cycle.
Plan and schedule the installation and deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment.
Ensures modules are production-ready.
Validate deployment.
Evaluate new application packages and tools and performs research on best practices.
Provide recommendations for solutions.
Oversee and assist in production support.
Troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develops solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance applications.
Lead the technical evaluation and selection process for improving application performance by overseeing gap analysis, feasible alternative solutions, and recommending and/or approving the scope of modifications.
Ensure the adherence to standards and procedures; check for compliance.
Develop convergence plans to meeting standards, as needed.
May assist in defining development guidelines and standards.
Review modules for quality assurance.
Ensure all applications are documented according to standards.
Promote effective use of information technology by educating users on system functionality.
Assist in the development of user guides and training documentation for systems.
Discuss team work progress and obstacles.
Provide advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback.
Ensure work, information, ideas, and technology flow freely across teams.
Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals.
Document and present performance assessments, as needed.
Prepare and present formal training to IT staff, as needed.
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members.
Provide technical guidance or systems process expertise.
Provide performance feedback to managers.
Develop reports and presentations for senior management, as needed.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret very complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
Expertise in multiple technical environments and possesses business knowledge that spans multiple business areas.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, or within a team environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
