Director, Talent Acquisition

Job DescriptionAs the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
You will play a critical role in shaping our organization's success by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute talent acquisition strategies Create and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
This includes talent acquisition and onboarding for employees at all levels for our restaurants, distribution centers and corporate offices around the globe.
Talent acquisition and workforce planning Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Lead efforts to attract top talent by utilizing various sourcing channels, implementing best practices, and maintaining a strong employer brand.
Conduct workforce planning activities to anticipate future talent requirements.
Develops calendar year recruitment strategy plan to support business strategic plan objectives and executes strategy according to approved plan.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by developing internal talent and implementing strategies for attracting external talent.
Ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.
Coach, develop and manage the performance of a diverse group of professionals.
Create a shared vision amongst the team, communicate company and departmental goals, and align resources to achieve goals accordingly.
Talent analytics and reporting Develop and maintain talent metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on key talent metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Makes recommendations in the budget process.
Administers actions and/or has the responsibility for authorizations that have a direct impact on budgeted costs subject to VP approval.
Stay updated on industry trends Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in talent management, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.
Apply new insights to continuously improve talent management strategies and programs.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 10 or more years proven experience in talent management or a related HR function, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development.
Directly responsible for the recruitment and development of training plans for senior level executives.
Demonstrated understanding of talent management best practices and industry trends Evidence of exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive talent management decisions and strategies Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent management initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs Recommended Skills Business Administration Business Requirements Coaching And Mentoring Communication Data Analysis Innovation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
