oThis position will require strong technical skills, operational knowledge as well as support the increasing analytical needs in operations and support succession planning.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience oIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Access oProject management oContinuous improvement mindedRequired Skills/Experience - The rest of the required skills/experience.
Include:
oIdentify and analyze operational data and develop insights in support of business objectives.
oDevelop and improve workflows and business processes within defined areas to improve customer service, decrease operational costs and improve overall quality.
oIdentify and/or analyze business problems and develop recommendations for solutions to problems.
oLead the development and implementation of projects and/or teams to produce desired results.
oDocument and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results.
oRecommend and assist with implementing standard policies and procedures.
oEnsure that corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored on an ongoing basis.
oParticipate in systems testing, develop procedures/controls and provide recommendations for the ongoing improvement of the updated process.
oProvide support to internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information and training.
oCreate and present reports and presentations to display operational data and proposed business changes.
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience.

oExperience working with multiple stakeholders including Executive level oSalesforce oHealthcare industry experience oCMS or Exchange/Marketplace knowledge oMS Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, VBA programming, SQL Server oBuild databases by effectively demonstrating advanced-level proficiencies in the major components of Microsoft Access via:
oTables oForms oReports oQueries oMacros oModules oWork with project/testing teams for script development to meet business and technical requirements oParticipate in cross-functional workgroup meetings to drive decisions that meet system and workflow requirements oCreative thinking and analytical skillsEducation/Certifications - Include:
