Responsibilities:
Lead a chapter of SW Development Team of 5-10 engineers to deliver Customer requirements in a Scrum SetupRequired to analyze Customer requirements and provide logical connections to the overall systemOwn and manage the team backlog by collaborating and prioritization with the team to derive plan, delivery scope, estimations, goals and gaining a team commitmentEnsure SW Project Plan is followed with the defined processes and perform tailoring optional activities according to the projects needs.
Lead and drive SW development activities, inclusive of requirement and architecture, design and implementation, integration and validations are executed in the team.
Manage problems and changes including impacts to project timing and cost.
Perform risk assessment, control the implementation of risk measures.
Manage technical relationships with all internal project team, external stakeholders and suppliersRegular report the status to Project Management and Line Management.

QualificationsMasters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science or Computer Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in embedded system development Candidates with experience in a similar project leader position in software development will be added advantageCandidates with experience in leading a team with team size > 5 are preferred.
Candidates with experience using agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe will be added advantageAbility in project management (Resource allocation, SW Project planning and tracking, Risk management)Candidates with good knowledge of SW development process (Requirements Engineering, SW Design, SW Development, SW Testing, Configuration and Change Management) will be added advantage.
Having basic knowledge in C, C++, Python coding skills will be added advantageCandidates with basic knowledge in Embedded Linux system or Real-Time Operating Systems will be added advantage Candidates with basic knowledge of MATLAB Model Development and Integration will be an added advantage Capable of maintaining excellent relationship with stakeholder and the team.
Strong analytical skills and having ability to abstract bigger viewSelf-motivated with a strong passion in driving the team and manage the delivery on-time, with quality and cost efficiency.
Fluent English required, daily work in an international environment.
