Essential Functions:
Support patch management of operating systems and 3rd party applications on endpoints and servers Support BeyondTrust Privileged Management Environment Package software to deploy to endpoints in SCCM / Intune Support various security platforms to ensure security policy compliance Investigate/monitor/resolve security events on endpoint devices Perform various security scans/assessments to ensure security compliance Support PKI infrastructure Provide after-hours support and assistance as necessary Display a professional attitude and strong work ethic, take full ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required -we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening Preferred
Qualifications:
Typically requires 2
years' experience deploying software/patching endpoint devices using SCCM and/or Intune (Endpoint Manager) Experience with security tools such as BeyondTrust Endpoint Privileged Management, CASB, Office 365 Cloud App Security, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access / Zero Trust Experience deploying security policy via Group Policy, SCCM / Intune (Endpoint Manager) Further experience supporting the following endpoint technologies:
Office 365 (MS Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Outlook, etc.
); MS Windows/Mac clients in an enterprise setting; Mobile phones (iOS/Android); Wireless networks and networking (TCP/IP) Experience with enterprise security scanning tools and troubleshooting of failed software patches and upgrades, multi-factor authentication, identifying and removing malware, etc.
ITIL framework.
