Armed Security Officers at this healthcare setting are responsible for protecting the sites building, grounds, assets, employees, and visitors against criminal activity, accidents, fires and natural disasters, as well as providing outstanding customer service.
Officers at this site location will work to protect the facility and employees of a local pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:
Foot Patrols - Conduct foot patrols around the campus.
Customer Service - Being able to balance our expectations of outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules.
Following Company and Client Policies - Be able to read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures as outlined and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift.
Use of De-escalation Techniques - Being able to defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in law enforcement, military, criminal justice field, and customer service.
Must be at least 21 years old or older.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must have a current, valid Concealed Pistol License.
May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Must be vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated for COVID 19.
Must possess a 9 milimeter or 40 caliber hand gun along with a Level 2 or higher holster.

hours of On-The-Job training, learning the client-specific policies and procedures of the location you are assigned to.
This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift , 2nd Shift .
