About the Role Note:
This position will be 100% onsite our Detroit facility.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Operations Specialist to take charge of streamlining our sales fulfillment process, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our domestic and international B2B clientele.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative individual with a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences.
You will be at the forefront of managing the end-to-end sales fulfillment process, working closely with the Production and Commercial teams to facilitate efficient and timely order processing.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a crucial part in optimizing our logistics operations and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities Build strong, lasting relationships with our valued B2B customers by being a reliable point of contact for all things order processing and fulfillment.
Stay in lockstep with Production team, proactively developing and maintaining production schedules that ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and in adherence to quality standards.
Meticulously vet incoming orders, double-checking correct pricing, shipping information, and product specifications to remedy any discrepancies.
Oversee and execute the preparation and shipment of product samples to clients.
Stay on top of relevant compliance/regulatory implications, making sure all shipments are appropriately registered.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to all the work you do, seeking ways to innovate and enhance logistical operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications 4
years of experience in sales logistics or supply chain coordination, ideally within a B2B environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Collaborative team player, capable of working cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
Proficient in utilizing logistics software and systems to track and manage order progress.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience with international logistics or within the Beverage Alcohol Industry is a tremendous plus but not required.
