Position Summary This position is accountable for delivering marketing tactics on time, on strategy, and of the highest quality.
With an emphasis on internal client service, this role is essential to the performance of the team and the achievement of marketing results.
This role is accountable for two components within this function - marketing operations and marketing delivery.
Marketing delivery physically or digitally delivers marketing communications in channels to end audiences of that marketing.
For Marketing Delivery, the incumbent will lead a team of marketing delivery experts and collaborate with other marketing stakeholders to deliver and continually improve the performance of marketing channels.
Marketing operations create, manage, and maintain key marketing processes, tools, systems, and training that help all marketing functions do their work.
For Marketing Operations, this role is accountable for establishing, communicating, training on, and improving marketing processes and systems such as digital and other workflows, start-up, employee on-boarding, and other operational areas identified as critical to marketing performance.

Provide leadership in executing marketing tactics to goal across the business, ensuring a priority on driving sales and revenue, that we are data-driven, that we have the tools and processes necessary to drive impact.
Provide day to day leadership, direction, and motivation to peers and team Lead and help manage a team of delivery/execution experts, ensure work is prioritized and delivered on time, on strategy and on quality Ensure the team operates efficiently, is staffed properly and in alignment with established budgets and labor utilization expectations Implement, manage, and maintain marketing metrics and reporting systems and processes Improve quality of marketing tactics through test and learn approaches such as A/B testing and other testing of tactical performance Establish, manage, deliver, and continuously improve internal and external marketing reporting including dashboards Define and own how marketing operates including planning/budgeting, execution, project management and reporting in collaboration with the client marketing, creative services, and marketing strategy functions Own the Marketing Project Management system and ensure this system supports its users in best managing the workload and flow of the marketing function Own, manage and train teams on critical, high priority marketing processes including but not limited to marketing automation, e-mail, overall workflows, lead management, list management, employee on-boarding, account transition Own, manage and drive adoption and value from marketing's training and documentation tools and repositories (such as Trainual, Canto and SharePoint) in collaboration with client marketing and marketing strategy and creative services teams Manage direct reports and oversee department staff.
This includes interviewing, planning, assigning, completing performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and directing work.
Mentor department personnel in achieving their personal goals annually as well as their long-term development goals Position Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required Masters in related discipline preferred Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing operations, marketing technology and/or related areas At least 5 years of supervisory experience At least 5 years of client management experience in a marketing capacity Experience driving process adoption and marketing technology, with a bent towards the more technical aspects required in all aspects of marketing operations today Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge of agile marketing practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving skills Analytical, data-driven mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Committed to diversity and inclusion Reliable transportation Licenses & Certifications Certifications in Six Sigma or project management preferred Certifications in marketing technologies and platforms, Smartsheet, Google analytics and CMS (Content Management System) platforms including HubSpot and SFMC preferred Valid driver's license Travel Requirements Willingness to travel up to 10% Pay Ranges:
$122,000- $168,000

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
