Duties and Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service by addressing member needs and concerns in a professional manner.
Processing member transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Providing information about products and services offered by the institution.
Resolving account discrepancies and conducting account research as needed.
Educating members on the benefits and features of various financial products and services.
Promoting and cross-selling products and services to meet individual and team sales goals.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve member issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
Maintaining accurate member records and updating account information as necessary.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is typically preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
Knowledge of financial products and services offered by the institution.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
