Automotive Service ManagerLocal Chrysler Dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their dynamic service team.
The Service Manager is responsible for all operations within the service department - from hiring and managing technicians and service advisors to customer service.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceServing as a liaison between technicians and customersTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerManage and Hire technicians and service advisorsInterview and make new hiresDistribute work between techniciansPrioritize required servicesEnsure customer has a positive dealership experienceProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledSpend quality time building relationships with the customers Recommended Skills Customer Service Servicing And Car Mechanics Telephone Call Reception Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
