Mosaic Youth Theatre is searching for a Director of Development to lead our development strategy for fundraising, volunteerism, and community engagement.
The successful candidate will serve as an advisor and partner to the Executive & Artistic Director and as a Leadership Team member.
The Director will collaborate with the Board of Directors, Fundraising & Marketing Committee, and Mosaic staff.
Empower the team and engage both institutional and individual donors to increase opportunity and support for youth, young artists and a thriving Detroit.
If you have a proven track record of incredible fundraising success, thrive in a relationship-focused, metrics-driven environment - you may be Mosaic Youth Theatre's new Director of Development.
Preference to applicants with CFRE credential, bachelor's degree or higher, 3-5 years successful fundraising and management experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce and/or the Benevon model of fundraising, and Microsoft Office Suite a plus.
