Senior Execution Engineer - Factory Zero (Off-Shift)
Work Arrangement This is an off-shift position.
We have one opening for second shift, and one opening for third shift.
This position will require the employee to be onsite on a full-time basis.
The Role The Execution Team at Factory Zero is responsible for the flawless execution/launch of new programs from equipment installation through SORP to manufacture of Lithium Ion Batteries and Autonomous Vehicles.
You are responsible for the creation and documentation of modeling plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools.
Equipment Runoff @ OEM (local travel).
Collaboration with the Operations Launch Team on Program Deliverables:
PFMEAs Review / Simulation Review / Control Plans / Launch Deliverables.
Plant Equipment Install / Debug / Launch / Continuous Improvement.
Project management for Project Execution.
Develop and lead the PPAP review meetings in area of responsibility utilizing the PPAP checklist, capturing exceptions.
Lead the lessons learned gathering activity and feedback the information to the central process team for BOE/BOP updates.
Closure of all ME open issues for Launch Deliverables.
