00 an hour 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago Duties - Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents - Conduct regular inspections of access points, ensuring they are secure - Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Qualifications - Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred - Must possess excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills - CPR certification and first aid training are highly desirable - Familiarity with surveillance equipment and CCTV systems is a plus - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Note:
