provides 24/7 security for Huntington Place to ensure tenants, employees, guests and visitors are SAFE every day of the week including event days and non-event days.
24/7 Security Officers must possess knowledge of the features, services, policies and procedures of the building.
24/7 Security Officers must be prepared to communicate correct information, promote a professional image and create and maintain a SAFE environment.
Objectives of the Role:
Disseminate all pertinent information regarding safety and security of the facility.
Act as a point of contact for Huntington Place Officials and S.

Management Leadership Respond quickly to incidents including, but not limited to, emergency calls, medical calls, disorderly persons, and other incidents.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that all staff members are clocked in for shift work Ensure all security officers are in proper uniform Assign daily staff positions Ensure all staff members are adept to position, equipment and responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the facility and report any infrequent occurrences Respond to all radio transmissions intended for supervisor Monitor and respond to all emails intended for supervisor Ensure that all workplace policies and procedures are being followed by security officers Examine potential unsafe working conditions and order corrective actions Monitor staff breaks Conduct shift change briefings and debriefings Ensure all staff members are clocked out Issue hot work permits to contractors Assist clients, customers, management, and vendors Look for hazards Generate incident reports Assist with traffic control Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Position will require walking for the majority of the shift (with the exception of breaks and lunch) 1 shift time available and no flexibility in time- (Afternoon 2:
45pm-11:
15pm) Previous supervisor experience required Job Types:
