Product Manager Consultant/Expert==This position is hybrid and requires one onsite presence once a week.
Job Description:
This is not PLM business analyst position; it is technical productmanager role requiring hands on experience solutioning PLM conceptsdeployable to cloud.
As a Cloud PLM Technical Product Manager, you will enable migrationof current PLM stack across multiple PDO teams and deliver Vehicle Softwareand Electrical Management initiatives.
You will use technical judgment todrive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, andbuild consensus between teams and stakeholders as you usher projects throughthe entire project lifecycle.
This includes architecture decisions, cloud enablement, managingbacklog, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiplefunctional groups and stakeholders.
In this position, you will manage multiple POCs to experiment andinnovate Teamcenter cloud integration opportunities from ideation to launch.
Responsibilities Drive cloud enablement of Vehicle Software and Electrical portfoliodeployed on Teamcenter with active integration across cloud deployedOver-The-Air (OTA) product portfolio.
Have an API first mind-set with cloud agnostic architecture andidentify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaboratecross-functionally and cross-product areas to improve processes and tools.
Manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic, fast-paced, highlymatrixed organization.
Drive organization needs into Vendor (SIEMENS)product life cycle (Teamcenter and Teamcenter Systems Engineering) Understand system APIs and interdependencies and leadcross-functional teams to align and deliver on technical solutions.
Ensure clear accountability, timelines, and continuous changemanagement to deliver timely, high-quality results.
Familiarity with roadmap planning, change control, forecasting andrelease process management.
Facilitate continuous improvement and cross-organization events incollaboration with Engineering or Product Management leaders.
Skills Required:
Must have - Prior verifiable experience transitioning/migrating PLMtech stack (preferably Teamcenter) to cloud - Google Cloud Platform.
Must have in depth knowledge and experience with PLM toolset -Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
Must have - Prior experience integration PLM products with Cloudnative application ecosystem.
Must have in depth knowledge and prior experience architecting anddeploying PLM solutions to cloud.
Deep experience in Software Engineering, Agile practices andDevSecOps.
Extensive experience developing and deploying cloud nativesolutions.
Experience Required:
Strong validated experience communicating directly with leadership,proactive problem solving, and critical thinking.
Validated experience integrating PLM products with cloud nativeapplications - Google Cloud Platform, AWS Experience facilitating, building, or overhauling a ChangeManagement process.
Experience working cross-functionally leading a program or productdelivery with both technical and non-technical members.
Hands on experience and knowledge of Agile and scaled Agilemethodologies.
Strong experience with Site Reliability Engineering principlesEducation Required:
