is a demolition and construction services company looking for a Project Manager for our Detroit, MI office.
Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our Indianapolis, IN operations.
We have a few projects that in progress with others in line, so our need is very near term.
We provide structural and interior demolition services and site preparation for large and small buildings.
We have continued to embrace technology and utilize 3-D modeling and well as drones and robots to help us continue to perform in the safest manner possible.
Utilizing these tools as well as our methodical approach have enabled us to achieve a current EMR of 0.

Ideal candidates would be those who have a thorough knowledge related to demolition and estimating.
If you have worked in a Project Manager role at a large General Contractor, you would most likely have the skill sets we are looking for.
Additionally, a solid understanding of the means/methods of demolition will ensure the highest degree of success in this role.
Preferred but not a requirement, proficiency with bidding software, Slack, MS Office, MS Project, HCSS, Heavy Bid modeling with Revit, and BIM.
Manage and coordinate demolition projects.
Lead the project team.
Attend pre-bid site visits for walk-through evaluations.
Review and thoroughly understand project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
Use 3D modeling and other tools to develop demolition plans.
Write scope of work and review pricing for subcontractors.
Negotiate subcontracts and purchasing.
Develop change orders.
Prepare submittals and ensure accurate and timely approvals.
Control project costs.
Communicate with the field staff and management concerning scope, schedule, and project needs.
Schedule material deliveries.
Schedule subcontractors.
Update schedules as required.
Ensure accurate and timely review of daily reports and project phase codes used on the project.
