As 1 of our All-Star Cleaners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.
Your dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service will contribute to our guests' overall positive experience.
Typical work schedule is 11am - 3-4pm for Airbnb Cleanings.
For Move in/Out cleanings, you may start as early as 9:
30am.
We do not work before 9:
30am.
We service Wayne County, Oakland County & some small parts of Macomb County.
You do not have to have your own transportation, but it is your responsibility to be able to get to and from the cleaning locations on time & with cleaning supplies.
(We provide cleaning supplies).
_ Responsibilities, but not limited to:
_ - Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of designated Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring all areas are immaculate and ready for the next guest's arrival.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, including but not limited to:
dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
- Inspect and report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the appropriate person for prompt resolution.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and document on the checklist when restocking is needed.
- Uphold and comply with all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:
_ - Previous experience in professional cleaning services, preferably in hospitality or vacation rental settings, is highly desirable but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions and checklists.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient cleaning without compromising quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player and collaborating with other staff members when needed.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment if required.
1099 Position/Paid Weekly/Paid via Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
