Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to credit union members, both in person and over the phone - Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently - Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet our member's needs - Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products, services, and policies - Adhere to all security and compliance procedures to protect member information - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution - Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection techniques - Basic math skills - Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Cashhandling experience Skills:
- Excellent member service skills with a focus on building positive relationships - Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and concerns effectively - Knowledge of debits and credits - Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and account management This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional member service in the credit union industry.
