Architecture and Development, Deployment and Support, Network and Infrastructure.
Plans, develops and establishes the policies and objectives for each engineering group in accordance with regional and global strategies.
Collaborates with internal and external customers in resolving problems/issues.
Responsibilities Create and drive strategy, design, deployment, service delivery, operations, and continual improvement.
Drive standardization of solutions and processes for manufacturing digital transformation across NA manufacturing facilities.
Directly and through management team, directs personnel activities by developing performance expectations, assessing individual training needs, and planning for goal obtainment.
Under a broad corporate plan, develops policies, procedures, technical standards, methods and schedules for information systems priorities.
Oversees the strategic relationship between NA IoT and other functions within the organization.
Research and recommend latest technology in manufacturing execution systems, F-IoT, and industry technology.
Capture, analyze real-time manufacturing data and metrics.
Ensuring accurate manufacturing KPI dashboard data.
Establish and implement strategies that have mid to long-term (3-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with global and regional objectives.
Lead NA IoT departments and ensure alignment of Goals & Objectives (G&Os) to achieve overall company objectives.
Controls and recommends overall NA IoT budgets.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

years of relevant experience required.

years of people management experience required.
Requires regional strategic thinking, broad scanning of manufacturing technologies, project planning and execution, and ability to positively influence both functional and manufacturing site leaders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with excellent presentation skills to persuade and influence executive leadership to gain approval for strategy and roadmap execution.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Deep knowledge of MES, F-IOT, manufacturing analytics and integration with ERP and PLM systems.
Knowledge of emerging technologies for manufacturing digital transformation.
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Strong project leadership and management skills.
Salary $165,000-$204,000.
