The Operations Assistant will work closely with the Client Relations Manager to support various administrative tasks, project coordination and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company.
Responsibilities Assist with general administrative tasks including applicants interview for client's manpower requirements Project coordination with different departments to gather and distribute information as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Provide support in organizing company events and meetings.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent; Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
Proven computer proficiency including the use of multiple applications simultaneously.
May work in a shifting work duty.
Authorization to work in the US is required.
