Summary:
Employer Kautex, Inc.
is seeking a Supervisor-Technology (Detroit) in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities:
Manage all blow mold activities of the plant.
Supervise process technicians on blow molding and welding equipment.
Troubleshoot root cause and corrective action for machines.
Read blueprint and drawings.
Foster the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standard in Kautex plants.
Plan and execute trainings for Process Technicians.
Share and learn best practices regionally.
Work with local team to ensure action plans and timelines are met and required standards are met.
Program and troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB robotics.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience and ability to troubleshoot issues and determine if mechanical failures or PLC programming issues.
Review Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and key indicators to improve driving capabilities.
Correlate OEE and TPM objectives.
Share technology, TPM, maintenance knowledge, and best practices.
Develop and implement technical standards.
Manage changeovers on equipment to ensure accuracy and fidelity of new parts.
Support service runs as needed to meet customer demand.
Control of scrap to meet defined key performance indicators.
Maintain material usage accuracy on equipment.
Startup and shutdown of plant ancillary support equipment during nights and weekends.
Review and maintain material feed equipment.
Support the New Products Introduction (NPI) group with sampling and modifications to new molds and equipment including regional support as needed.
Identify waste minimization and material recycling to establish cost reduction opportunities.
Participate in regional technology lessons learned.
Weekend coverage as needed to support business operations.
Assist with managing all International Automotive Task Force (IATF) training records for technicians.
Supervises 5 employeesQualificationsEDUCATION:
Two-year Associate s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field of studyPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience leading or managing blow mold activities of the plant in the automotive industry or a high-volume manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience must include:
leading or managing pneumatics, blow molding and ABB Robotics plant activities in the automotive industry or a high-volume manufacturing environment; and 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the automotive industry or a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
