to manufacturers in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, and die/mold.
Project Manager will provide management over products and services that fully meet the customer expectations in a clearly superior manner that encourages further purchases from the customer over the offers of others. Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and timely completion of Turnkey projects within the area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties personally or through assigned subordinates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plans and formulates Turnkey projects and coordinates with department heads along with managing the project and the people involved in the project.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and support from project initiation to closure.
Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
Reviews project for compliance with engineering principals, company standards, customer contract requirement and related specifications.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to project team members.
Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and testing.
Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, resolving engineering design and test problems.
Develop labor and material budgets.
Control project expenditures within limitation of all budgets.
Work with customer to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer.
Identify any out of scope work, communicate to customers and develop POCs in cooperation with sales.
Formulate tracking reports on project milestones, work progress, costs and scheduling including timelines, action items lists and budget reports.
Monitor and control progress to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Lead weekly project review meetings with the Company team to ensure Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics are met to ensure project success.
Work with customers and Company accounting department to ensure prompt payment.
Evaluates and coordinates meetings with department heads to provide status updates on upcoming and/or ongoing projects.

Project Manager must be able to coordinate and lead employees among different levels of the organization.
Accountable for all work outcomes.
Participate in development of proposals and quotes in response to customer RFQs.
Travels as required.

EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
Five (5) year's custom machine design and build, machine tool experience is required
Five (5) years' experience as a Project Manager is required
PMP Project Management certification preferred
Strong AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience is required
Strong Microsoft Project abilities required
Strong Microsoft Office abilities required
Excellent customer management skills
Excellent communication skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including sitting, standing walking and driving.
Regular exposure to all weather conditions combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
When working on site, may be required to wear common protective or safety equipment, such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, or hard hatsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
