The Training and Performance Analytics Manager is responsible for ensuring Chrysler Academy learning methodology is robust and progressive relative to industry standards. The Training and Performance Analytics Manager will ensure Chrysler Academy organizations have consistent, measurable and robust Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that drive learning performance visibility, will research opportunities of improvement and regularly share with process owners as needed. This candidate will lead process and actions needed with all levels of Chrysler Academy to identify learning objectives, monitor outcomes and ensure consistent and robust learning methodology is utilized. This individual will also deploy assessments and measurements to analyze and improve training effectiveness, ensure training and development
remain within budget and meet quality criteria and business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
A minimum of 3+ years of corporate experience in the areas of workforce analytics, training analysis, learning development/planning and/or competency measurement
Experience in determining training Return on Investment
Strong learning methodology, assessment and measurement skills
Project management and leadership ability
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in leading multiple staff members, and total project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
