Looking for focused, take charge type of person to oversee and control all second shift production line operations for leading automotive interiors manufacturer. Will function as Acting Plant Manager during off shift.
This is a great opportunity with high visibility. Must have hands-on experience with equipment, molds, tooling and processes for injection molding operation. Will be conducting daily assessment of production status, interact with core team members to resolve any deficiencies. It will be YOUR responsibility to ensure maximum efficiency and quality with minimal downtime!!
Other core requirements include supervisory experience to include hiring, recognition and discipline, promotions, training, and performance evaluations.
MUST be a self-starter!
Automotive experience is strongly preferred. A BS degree is desirable, but will also consider a combination of education and experience.
