The role of an Exchange engineer on the Windows System Engineering Team will serve as an administrator of all Messaging related environments. The individual owning this role will manage, maintain and enhance the applications deployed to our customers across all company sites. The individual holding this position will also be responsible for planning, executing and documenting new projects as well as improving and documenting existing systems.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot advanced operating system and application issues on Windows Servers - Provide administration and support of Windows-based Servers - Install, support and configure software applications which run on Windows Servers - Provide support for Messaging infrastructure - Create automation solutions - Provide Tier 3 Support for Help Desk personnel - Participate in an on-call rotation Requirements:- Three years of Exchange experience in a large Enterprise environment - Message Hygiene experience - Third-level customer service support experience - Multi-site environment experience Preferred experience in:- Development/Design skills using C#, PowerShell - Experience supporting Mobile Device Management (BES/Good), Lync 2013, Ironport, and/or Enterprise Vault MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
