What you'll do:
Register all prospects
Execute weekly ,monthly, quarterly, Sales Game Plan
Top 10 List, Traffic and Scoreboard reviewed weekly with each Regional Sales
with priorities and strategies identified/implemented
Execute follow up process with each prospect using Company Customer Relations Management tool with up to date notes and contact made after each follow up conducted.

What You'll Need:
1+ years of proven sales experience
Weekends a must (2 days off during the week back to back)
New Home experience a plus but not necessary.
Passion to drive consumers to the communities and product that is right for them.
BA Degree is a plus.
Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM training a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
