Project Analyst will serve as the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department and will be groomed to become a Project Manager. The PAs duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, creating job instructions in the form of statements of work and interacting with other departments within the firm to ensure projects are being efficiently executed. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in e-discovery environment; hosting services are a significant plus as well as industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert.
A Project Analyst (PA) at the client will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department. The PA will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking and expediting the processes performed by other client departments on the jobs in the PM?s project queue. The PA?s duties will include serving as the primary keeper project reporting on client projects, creating job instructions in the form of statements of work and interacting with other departments within the client to ensure projects are being efficiently executed.
Principal Job Responsibilities
Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at The client
Draft processing statements of work to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project
Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing
Interpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to other operational groups
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data
Desired Qualifications and Skills
High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms
Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes
Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase
Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work well in a team based environment
Education & Certifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in e-discovery environment; hosting services are a significant plus
Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert is a plus
Work Conditions
Available to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekends
Sitting for extended periods of time
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
