This position works closely with the Directors of the US and International Tax Counsel Groups to provide guidance and expertise on both domestic and international tax issues. This includes satisfying all corporate compliance and governance matters, identifying and minimizing tax risk, developing and executing strategic planning initiatives, and negotiating and settling audits. This position will also be responsible for directly managing tax issues for specific countries and/or projects such as deferred tax asset utilization, transfer pricing, cash repatriation, cash pooling, foreign tax credit planning, research and audit support.
