Design, develop, implement, and support the Enterprise Data Warehouse and related systems analysis and programming activities to support building and maintaining the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) using MS Enterprise Information Management Solution and MS Enterprise Library; Oversee a team of IT professionals who design and develop or acquire and adapt application software using AJAX, MS Entity Framework and MS Windows Communication Foundation framework in support of the EDW program, which includes planning, design, implementation and project management; Implement user interface using Model-View-Controller framework; Assign personnel to various projects and direct their activities; Confer with and advise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods; Consult with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities; Direct a large and diverse team of Architects, Designers and Developers, and vendor partners to lead the development of the technical solutions platform of Enterprise Data Warehouse to support next-generation data integration and data integrity for business intelligence and analytics using MS Enterprise Information Management Solution; Manage the work of and provide leadership to application staff to support the planning, designing, building, testing, implementing, supporting and operating needs of the organization; Create and review conceptual, logical, and/or physical data models, incorporating 3NF and star schema structures when appropriate; Define, implement, and evolve source code and change/release management methodologies and other Software Life Cycle Development (SDLC) processes and build using NAnt and MS Silverlight; Plan solutions with performance, scalability, HIPAA security and reusability in mind and drive assessment of these trade-offs throughout the SDLC; Act as technical advisor and participate as needed in development and testing efforts within the team to maintain consistency and continuity; Evaluate trends on performance, capacity and operational health and develop plans to address key issues; Oversee the provision of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability; Establish unit testing best practices and standards.

Salary: $114,000 per year
Education: Masters Degree in Computer Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Experience: Three (3) years in the position above, as Application Architect Senior Professional, or in a related occupation.
Experience must include use of Model-View-Controller framework, MS Enterprise Information Management Solution, AJAX, NAnt, MS Enterprise Library, MS Entity Framework, and MS Windows Communication Foundation framework.
