Are you an SEO rock star? Cobalt, a division of ADP Dealer Services, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist. The SEO Specialist develops, implements, and provides ongoing organic search engine optimization strategies for automotive dealer websites. This role blends technical skills with customer service abilities, as the Specialist often interacts with Cobalt clients as well as internal account team members, such as sales executives, Account Managers/Advocates, Digital Advertising Analysts, Social Media Specialists, and others. Typical SEO Specialist activities include:
Targeted keyword research and selection
Review key metrics to determine effectiveness of SEO strategy
Conduct competitive site analyses
On-page optimization, such as content creation, meta data, h tags, alt tags, and internal linking
Analysis and improvement of conversions
Utilization of Google and Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, and other tools
Off-page optimization, including link building and citations
Setup and ongoing maintenance of Google +, Yahoo! Local, Bing Business Listings
Provide strategic consultation to external clients
Regular verbal and written communication with external clients and internal teams
Ability to effectively analyze, summarize and present analytical reports to clients
Client communication and management
Other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our SEO work to internal team and external clients
Understanding of search engine optimization best practices
Demonstrated ability to execute search engine optimization activities
Foundational understanding of internet and mainstream information technology concepts
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing, high tech environment
Results oriented with exceptional work organization skills

_Education and Experience Requirements:_

years of experience in search engine optimization, working with top search engines (e.g. Google, Bing and Yahoo!) is required

Understanding of technical architectural and web design preferred
Experience with Search Engine Optimization concepts, current techniques and tools is required
1-2 years of experience in consumer Internet marketing is preferred

Experience with basic HTML coding is required
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required

Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
