Description
Resource will be an Identity Management Systems Administrator, deploying, and maintaining custom TDI and ISIM workflows, reports, and scheduled, ad-hoc batch jobs, will act as a level II support for trouble tickets regarding the system. Resource may be asked to do IBM SIM and Oracle WaveSet administrative tasks.

1. 3 years experience as a Systems Administrator with some related experience with LDAP and AD
2. 3 years experience with Monitoring and Tuning systems
3. 3 years experience with troubleshooting in a multi-tiered technical and highly integrated environment
Required Skills/Experience
3 years experience as a Systems Administrator with some related experience with LDAP and AD
3 years experience with Monitoring and Tuning systems
3 years experience with troubleshooting in a multi-tiered technical and highly integrated environment
3 years experience and displayed ability to troubleshoot workflows
3 years experience supporting WAS applications with UNIX
3 years experience participating in multi-tiered technology support
3 years experience using IT standard tools to report and track trouble tickets
Preferred Skills/Experience
1. Experience supporting Identity Management COTS application (ISIM/IFIM/WaveSet, etc.)
2. Ability to do technical troubleshooting with other IT areas and with non-technical customers
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
