Windows System Engineer

The role of Exchange Engineer on the Windows System Engineering team will serve as an administrator of all messaging-related environments. The individual owning this role will manage, maintain and enhance the applications deployed to our customers across all company sites. The individual holding this position will also be responsible for planning, executing and documenting new projects as well as improving and documenting existing systems. You must have USA/Canadian Citizenship or your Green Card/EAD
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot advanced operating system and application issues on Windows servers
Provide administration and support of Windows-based servers
Install, support and configure software applications which run on Windows servers
Provide support for messaging infrastructure
Create automation solutions
Provide Tier 3 support for Help Desk personnel
Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
Three years of Exchange experience in a large Enterprise environment
Message hygiene experience
Third-level customer service support experience
Multi-site environment experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience
Possess a high sense of urgency and a high level of integrity
Great communicator, problem solver with the ability to adapt and execute quickly to meet our customers' needs in a rapidly changing business environment
Development/Design skills using C#, PowerShell
Experience supporting Mobile Device Management (BES/Good), Lync 2013, IronPort, and/or Enterprise Vault
