Engagement Description:
Resource is needed to perform the following functions:
Perform required tasks in support of New Group Implementation
Execute eligibility and claims testing in the model office test environment of NASCO Processing System (NPS).
Prepare business requirements, test plans and test data in support of approved changes.
Document test results.
Top Three Skills/Experience :
Strong verbal and written communications (proficient in English Language)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (3 Years)
Skills in Multiple MS Applications, i.e. Access Database and Excel knowledge of data quality assurance, data analysis (3 Years)
Required Skills/
Experience:
Strong knowledge and experience with claims processing on NASCO processing system.
Previous experience preparing and executing test plans.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
High proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
Strong creative problem solving skills.
Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes.
Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results.
