Job Description:
Commercial and residential restoration company looking for a Director of Operations that will lead, develop, inspire and manage company's field personnel. As part of the Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for achieving business objectives, meeting customer commitments, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This individual must have the leadership skills necessary to lead a strong and talented team and to drive initiatives.
Qualifications:
? 15
years restoration experience
? Strong commercial and residential restoration customer portfolio
? Bachelors degree
? Experience in overseeing planning, quality of restoration projects.
? IICRC certified for WRT, ASD, FSRT and AMRT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &
Responsibilities:
? Oversees and directs all commercial and residential restoration, emergency services and mitigation
? Helps establish processes and ensure procedures are being followed
? Develops and implement systems to monitor performance against budget, project schedules and established quality control standards. This includes identifying variances and working with staff to develop and implement plans to correct ineffective operations.
? Directs the development and implementation of standards to ensure projects are executed at appropriate levels of quality, are compatible with sustainability plans, and are effectively completed.
? Determines short and long-term planning and strategies for administrative activities including oversight and direction of staffing and work-related matters. Oversees management and of all personnel associated with the implementation of the project.
? Oversees and manages activities to ensure efficient and effective operations in coordination with other functions.
? Develops plans to organize and direct work activities, establish system control procedures, allocating staff to various work functions.
? Review/approve/ and implement departmental operating policies and procedures.
? Effectively protects interests and ensures appropriate controls are in place to ensure compliance with all financial, regulatory and safety requirements.
? Must be able to plan, recruit and hire staffing for projects based on financial performance.
? Other duties as assigned
