We currently have an opening for a Project Manager- Decommissioning in Detroit, MI for a major wireless carrier.
Responsibilities for the Project Manager
Multi phase project for the management of the deconstruction of cell sites assigned to him/her in a designated geographical area.
Coordinates with assigned General Contractor to ensure that cell sites are deconstructed in a safe manner as per the SOW agreed to with the landlord.
Ensures that assigned sites are being deconstructed on schedule and in timely manner.
Enter data in the project database in a timely manner and ensure accuracy.
Interfaces with all areas affected by the project, including managers, landlords, vendors and other business partners.
Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprises management of issues effecting project status and offers solution to solve the issues.
Review closeout packages from GC to ensure all documentation is properly submitted.

Requirements for the Project Manager
Sound understanding of cell site construction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Quick recall of multiple work streams.
Calming demeanor in difficult circumstances.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments.
Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings.
MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
