is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Brand Alignment & Analytics Strategy Program Lead.
The BI Brand Alignment & Analytics Strategy Program Lead leads, coaches and develops a team of BI consultants that analyze, optimize and advise on CDK customers' multi-tier, multi-channel digital marketing programs in the automotive industry. By leveraging his or her solid strategic analytics and optimization experience, the BI Program Lead helps the team to expand and improve their consultative approaches and deliverables.
Experienced in working with Executives and Senior Management clients, the BI Program Lead serves as the primary escalation point for client requests, and a key interface between the Enterprise Sales Teams, Advertising Team, and the Consultant team.
Key Elements of this role include:
People management, Team Coaching and Motivation.
Develop client relations both internally and externally.
Promoting the importance of data driven decision making, actionable analytics and continuous improvement.
Evangelize and drive strategic analytics and optimization approaches across clients.
Knowledge areas:
Solid experience as a people manager of analytics and optimization consultants (from Junior Analysts level to Senior Analysts).
Experience in reconciling conflicts and distinguishing user requests from underlying true needs.
Extensive client management and strategic and tactical consultation experience working in a variety of verticals, building actionable, data-driven analytics and optimization solutions across multiple platforms and channels.
Strong knowledge of and passion for digital marketing methodologies and concepts.
Experience analyzing web site and digital advertising/marketing performance integrating multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources.
Some knowledge of multi-channel site and campaign analytics, mobile analytics, customer segmentation, multi-channel and multi-platform monetization modeling, survey execution and analysis, usability testing and heuristic evaluation, social media measurement strategies, and analytics roadmap development.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Knowledge of commercial analytics, testing and visualization tools, e.g., Omniture Site Catalyst and Test &Target, Google Analytics and Optimizer, Tableau.
Essential Functions:
Manage a team of web analytics and optimization consultants.
Develop and maintain client relationships and drive opportunity and initiatives.
Help clients build successful web analytics and optimization programs that support and drive overall business objectives.
Secondary Functions:
Analyze and benchmark performance across multiple channels and platforms, and develop actionable optimization and business-relevant conclusions and recommendations.
Correlate analytics and usability and survey data to generate insights.
Manage regional and dealer network A/B/n test programs across multiple clients.
Act as primary point of contact and subject matter expert across Cobalt enterprise sales, marketing, product and other groups, as well as all client and 3rd party agency stakeholders.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present results and make recommendations to executives.
Team player who can collaborate and build consensus across and within multiple cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
BA/BS; an MBA would be a major advantage.
At least 10 years' experience in Account Management across multiple industries with digital marketing analytics expertise with specialization in web analytics, team motivation and management, business process development and management, and strategic and tactical consulting.
Strong experience managing successful consulting teams.
Proven skills as change agent and in organizing, planning, problem solving and communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
Experience with rapid problem solving, identifying opportunities for incremental and accelerated growth,
coalition building, and collaborative project execution.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects to tight timelines.
AN ADVANTAGE FOR CONSIDERATION:
Experience with web analytic tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst and Discover, Google Analytics, and Webtrends Analytics. Omniture Certifications are a major plus.
Experience with A/B testing tools like Omniture Test &Target, Webtrends Optimize and Google Optimizer and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies a major plus.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau a plus.
Digital ad or marketing agency experiences a plus.
Automotive market experiences a major plus
