The Web Specialist will assist in the development of site design and online engagement for Quicken Loans and related websites. If you're ambitious, enthusiastic and thrive in a team-centric environment, then this career is for you!
The Web Specialist's goal is to help develop and implement well thought out and strategic site merchandising and client engagement plans. Success will be measured by return on investment metrics, KPI performance, as well as overall execution of the plan. This person will report to our web product lead and will collaborate with s l, Marketing, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as outside partners and vendors. This person must have incredible communication skills, be able to adapt to and work with various personalities, and see challenges as opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Develop site merchandising strategies for specific mortgage products, programs, and supporting ancillary websites
Improve site(s) overall to better move visitors through an engaged relationship process including custom pages, tools/apps and functionality
Improve product category navigation and consumer engagement to best reflect consumer-centric exploration, interests and loan process
Accountable to visit to lead conversion and other key KPIs for specific mortgage products, programs and supporting websites
Become a subject matter expert on assigned product areas, their applications and industry developments, including competitive landscape
Understand client types and online behaviors
Leverage client feedback and learnings to improve the ecommerce experience
Use quantitative (marketing analytics) and qualitative (usability/survey) insights to identify areas for improvement
Collect and analyze requirements, create use cases and develop scope documents
Communicate business requirements to developers
Collaborate with other marketing teams to develop individual marketing plans for categories of loan products, programs and sponsorships
Stay current on general ecommerce and Internet marketing news and developments
Negotiate and manage all paid search media
Manage the One Reverse Mortgage website including content changes, technology changes, and pulling and reviewing traffic data
Brainstorm and solve any issues that arise involving low web traffic, lead submissions and functionality
Facilitate and manage all technology requests/tasks that require QL technology teams or other alternate vendors to execute
Create and implement required landing pages and change content when needed
Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Director of Leadership Development
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of ecommerce product management (developing website strategy, features and enhancements)
Minimum 1 year of project/program management with specific experience in successfully developing and managing marketing projects
Intermediate to advanced WordPress experience.
Hands-on, professional experience with cross-channel marketing strategy, planning and execution
Usability or conversion enhancement knowledge
Excellent presentation skills, strong communication skills and amazing interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
Ability to self-start, work independently, execute quickly, and prioritize work
Proven teamwork experience while working with design, marketing, technology and company leaders
General knowledge of Internet technologies, social media, SEO, email, design techniques, TV and video production is a plus
BS/BA preferred
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
