MCM Staffing is currently looking for banquet servers who will be interacting with guests and ensuring that they have a great experience when dining and meeting at the resort. We are looking for responsible and positive individuals who will be serving our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Job requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous banquet serving experience required
Excellent written and oral English communication required
Positive interpersonal skills required
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Applicants should also have the following: White button down shirt, black pants, shoes, socks, vest, and bowtie. Depending on the event, a black dinner jacket may be required
Pay: $12.00 to $15.00/hr depending on the event
Location: Mostly downtown Detroit, but locations may varyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
