The eDiscovery Junior Case Manager(JCM) provides operational support to the eDiscovery Case Manager and the eDiscovery team in various stages of the electronic discovery process. The JCM provides support to the client or third-party entities or persons involved in the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, production and disposition of electronically stored information (ESI). A summary of the responsibilities include:
Assisting Case Managers & Consultants with project tracking and reporting.
Organize and index files per matter.
Organize information to produce reports.
Provide administrative support for Management, Consultants and Case Managers.
Work with the eDiscovery Case Manager to ensure the proper processing instructions are provided.
Copy, encrypt and submit collected ESI to third-party vendors for processingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
