JOB OVERVIEW
Our Sous Chefs (Culinary Managers/Kitchen Managers) are responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, by providing professional leadership and direction to the culinary team by ensuring that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet the restaurant's specifications and commitment to quality. Our goal is to enable the members of our Management Team to have a balanced quality of life and create long-term wealth for themselves.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, required
3
years of prior kitchen management experience (Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager Sous Chef), required
Culinary degree or certificate, preferred
ServSafe Sanitation certification, preferred
Experience in a polished casual or fine dining restaurant, preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
