Basic Job Function:
Technical Program Manager is accountable for building a cohesive team of high-performing professionals who work across multiple shifts in an efficient and effective manner which ensures that deliverables are produced on time and with high quality for a specific client. Must possess a technical proficiency equal to or greater than that required for the Technician and Analyst positions. The Data Services Program Manager will have a staff dedicated to a single client. Depending on workload in the Data Center, Data Services staff may be flexed to assist where there is a specific need and the Data Services Program Manager will have to coordinate with the other Data Services Managers to facilitate the temporary re-assignment of staff.
Responsibilities and
Essential Functions:
Managing all aspects of the operations and performance of an assigned team of Data Services Technicians, Analysts and Senior Analysts engaged in technical service delivery for a specific client's e-discovery projects.
Monitoring the team's queue(s) and priorities, ensuring that deliverables are flowing smoothly through the operation and that team resources are being utilized efficiently and effectively.
Collecting and evaluating key performance metrics and using those metrics to refine SLAs, lead change initiatives, and generally improve service delivery performance.
Reporting on department metrics, activities, status, and trends to internal stakeholders.
Evaluating, assessing, training, coaching and developing Technicians, Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Supervisors - including making hiring, compensation, and termination decisions in counsel with Human Resources and the Director of Operations.
Representing the Data Services department in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, delegating where appropriate.

Working collaboratively with representatives from other departments throughout the company to resolve issues, clarify requirements, set appropriate expectations, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Creating and executing tactical goals in support of strategic objectives.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Required Characteristics:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a member of the Data Services team OR equivalent management experience in the e-discovery field, OR a minimum of five years of experience managing a team of direct reports in any technical field.
Proficiency with MS Windows OS and MS Office Suite.
A minimum of 6 months' professional experience with MS SQL Server (or equivalent) and SQL (Transact or other) preferred.
Working knowledge of commercially available e-discovery software tools such as Concordance, Summation, Nuix, and Relativity preferred.
Experience with Lean / Six Sigma or other service delivery excellence methodologies preferred.
Able to train others in Data Services best practices
Bachelor's degree

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
