Description:
Experienced Independent Field Sales Manager, this position will allow the right candidate flexibility in their work/home schedule. We offer career growth opportunities, unlimited training and support, high commissions and pay structure, along with a fun, friendly work environment.
Specific Duties, Activities and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the work performance of the sales agents
Recruit, hire and train sales agents
Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times
Enforce all standards including minimum daily sales, visuals, collateral, dress code, and conduct
Maintain and develop professional relationship with our AT&T and Telecommunication partners
Follow policies and procedures of company
Operational responsibilities include, initial new hire processing, proposal, and lead spreadsheet generation.
