Position:
Junior Analyst, Analyst, Senior Analyst dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities. The Analyst can expect to provide support to the Case Managers and other Analysts with the day-to-day technical demands involving case-related projects. These activities may include:
Track and report on creation and modification of databases.
Preparing necessary client status reports and duplicating media.
Track and report on user credential setup, security, access and modification.
Manage requests for loading and exporting data.
Run scripts/programs to modify or report on data in Relativity.
Coordinate the exchange/transfer of data with outside parties.
Conduct quality control evaluations for each phase in the litigation lifecycle from document collection to production.
Provide end user support for these applications across all phases of the litigation lifecycle and troubleshoot connectivity issues where necessary.
Assist with the resolution of software/hardware issues relating to litigation support applications.
Other miscellaneous tasks may also include: data media duplication and assessment, imaging QC, metadata QC
Participate in the preparation of system documentation, including general training materials and case-specific documentation. Maintain accurate and complete project workflow documentation.
Act as a point of contact during off-peak hours for case related client support and software related issues.
Identify projects and coordinate resources to ensure successful completion of projects and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Maintain and develop broad-based knowledge of litigation support services and applications.
Complete time entries on a consistent basis to ensure accuracy and completion by the end of each month.
Reports to the eDiscovery Manager & Case Managers
Individual shall adhere to and follow the policies and procedures protecting and safe guarding material, data, and information. These includes complying with the company's information security policies, protecting the organization's assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
Qualifications:

Strives to improve technical skills continuously and assist with the development of others.
Experience:
IT experience, networking, help desk experience. 1-2 years.
E-discovery or Litigation support experience a plus.
Demonstrated expertise with Relativity, LAW 5.0 or greater, Nuix, Summation, Concordance, as well as other litigation support tools a plus.
Experience with some/all of these additional tools: Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft applications, Acrobat, TextPad, text editors, etc.
Education:
Associates Degree - Computer Sciences, Information Sciences, Business Information. Science, Math, Computer related Degrees preferred. OR
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Sciences, Information Sciences, Business Information. Science, Math, Computer related Degrees preferred. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
