District Sales Manager

Natus Medical is currently searching for a District Sales Manager for Neurology Sales in (Mid-West Region) with years of medical/hospital sales experience. Capital equipment sales experience a plus.
Natus Medical Incorporated is a rapidly growing, global company founded in 1989 to develop, manufacture, and market products used by clinicians for the screening, detection, monitoring, treatment, and tracking of common medical ailments in newborn care, hearing impairment, neurological dysfunction, epilepsy, sleep disorders, and balance and mobility disorders.
Primary duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:
Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
Sell Natus products to customers.
Generate sales leads.
Generate sales quotations and related customer correspondence.
Call on customers and close sales contracts.
In-service Hardware Installations when required.
Provide management, clinical consultants, field support, and specialist with feedback on the status of new and existing business opportunities.
Prepare and review annual and monthly sales forecasts.
Prepare and execute annual business sales plans.
Conform to all RA/QA requirements.
Utilize Siebel to forecast and manage accounts and track potential leads.
Describe alternative financial acquisition options to customers.
Maintain the minimal job requirements as determined by your manager.
Achieve Plan for the territory each quarter and annually.
Complete competency testing for any current product line or added product line at 85% accuracy.
DSM if not meeting these requirement can be place on PIP at any time or terminated.
Driving is an essential part of this job and the DSM is required to maintain a clean driving record.
Must reside within the territory you are assigned unless prior approval form VP of Sales is given.
Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years outside sales experience needed, with 1-2 years in Medical Sales preferred.
Experience in capital goods sales process a plus
Ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff a plus
Extensive travel required
Excellent concept selling skills
Must be able to analyze financial information
Excellent verbal and communication skills required
Computer skills required; knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint very important
Require professional and ethical references at a high level
Require a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage
Require adequate credit cards for job related travel expenses
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages,
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver's license.
Travel Required:
Extensive - 75% outside sales.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
