This position is responsible for providing information/auditing to drive projects in the areas of Productivity, Capital Investments (CAR Process), Cash and Balance Sheet Management. The position entails assisting in the monitoring of operations performance, providing finance support for balance sheet/reconciliations, ariba, captura, and month close processing, including supervising accounts payable/receivable transactions. Also functions as a strategic business partner with responsibility for maintaining all safety and environmental laws and regulations, quality processes and procedures, human resources development, and all other Kautex and Textron policies, procedures and compliance directives and adhere to all other laws applicable to the facility - in order to support the overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing Capital Acquisition Requests (CAR), including managing the construction progress of the CAR.
Capitalization and assuring assets remain in use and in place.
Cash and Balance Sheet Forecasting
Cash Management
Forecasting of Cash flow and Balance Sheet positions
Performance to financial objectives.
Audits the plant to Sarbanes Oxley as required by Textron Inc. Internal Audit Procedures
Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
Assist Program Mgt. In costing of new products/programs
Assist Controller in Month-end packages
This position requires a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Accounting or Finance or a MBA.
