Supervisor Maintenance Detroit
This position will be in a Team rotation:
12 hour shifts (Either 6 AM 6 PM; 6PM 6 AM)
28 day schedule
This is a 2-2-3-2-2-3 Team Schedule
3 days in a row off 2X per month
Coordinate regional spare parts management in collaboration with the local Maintenance Managers
Foster the TPM standard at the Detroit plant
Review OEE data and key indicators for use of TPM standard
Use of CMMS D7i software tool in order to drive global standardization in the maintenance processes
Work with local Manager to ensure action plans and time lines are met, standard is kept and developed further
Support the development/CI of maintenance standards, production equipment and processes
Correlate OEE and TPM objectives
Ensure availability of critical spare parts
Distribute technology, TPM/maintenance knowledge and best practice
Carry out technical standards.
Technical Engineer, High school degree Electrics/Mechanics or other similar suited degree
1-3 years experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferably automotive)
Manufacturing experience (international assignments or project work)
Knowledge about manufacturing equipment
